Article Copyright aims to protect the specific way the article has been written to describe an experiment and the results. NJE is committed to its authors to protect and defend their work and their reputation and takes allegations of infringement, plagiarism, ethic disputes and fraud very seriously.
If an author becomes aware of a possible plagiarism, fraud or infringement we suggest he/she alerts contact NJE contact who can then liaise with our in-house legal department.
- Authors publishing with NJE grant the journal the right to publish the article as the original and authentic publisher.
- In addition, authors also grant any third party the right to use the article freely and of which they are expected to reciprocate in maintaining its integrity and give credit to the original authors and identify the publisher.
