The purpose of Digital archiving is to preserve the digital document and its content, base on the following three criteria:
- Document preservation in its physical and intellectual aspects
- Document preservation for a long time period
- Document accessibility and comprehensiveness
NJE deposits the articles that it publishes in multiple digital archives around the world with respectable host company to guarantee long-term digital preservation.
NJE makes metadata of articles available in compliance with Open Archives Initiative protocols, by enabling automated ‘harvesting’ of our research articles for inclusion in any other digital archives. We promote non-exclusive digital archiving of research articles by as many international archives as possible and available, to ensure the security and permanent accessibility of that research.
